- Will all the music take place in one location or more?
- How many folks might attend?

Please note: When the band is to provide sound equipment, please allow at least 60 minutes for setup/sound check at each performance location.
If you are providing the sound equipment and a sound person, it is best to allow at least ten minutes for a line check.
